Terms and Conditions
By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which outline the rules, eligibility requirements, prize details, and other important aspects of the competition. Please read them carefully before participating. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions, do not enter the competition.
1. The competition is open to all legal residents of Australia who are at least 18 years old.
2. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
3. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
4. The winner will be informed via Telephone within 10 days after the close of the competition.
5. If the winner is unable to claim the prize within 1 year, a new winner will be selected at random.
6. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes. The prize must be accepted as awarded.
7. ARG Australia reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that does not comply with these terms and conditions or that is suspected of fraud or cheating.
8. By entering the competition, participants agree to allow ARG Australia to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
